NCM Conference Resources

The first featured resource is a segment from the Pastor-to-Pastor broadcast, in which H. B. London interviews Dean Ridings from The Navigators on "The Art of Discipleship."

The next series of recordings comes from when the church ministries of The Navigators gathered in Orlando, Florida, in 2014 for its "More Than Ordinary" conference, which encouraged the building of kingdom laborers where we live, work and play. For those who couldn't come to the conference and others who desire to "listen in" on the sessions, we hope these recorded talks will still continue to inspire kingdom laborers.

Resource Type:

Here are two items that reflect on "The Art of Discipleship."

First, in this opening segment of the Pastor-to-Pastor broadcast with H. B. London on the art of discipleship, H. B.'s guest is Dean Ridings of The Naviators' Church Ministries, who talks about how he has sought to be intentional to live as a disciple who makes disciples.

Second, you will find an article titled "Making Disciples: Four Churches, Four Plans" by Dean Ridings, published in Discipleship Journal magazine (NavPress). In it Dean looked at four churches that were striving to grow intentional disciplemaking cultures at the time of the article's publication, including his own vision for disciplemaking that he calls Side-by-Side.
